Manu (Manuel Stathis) is based in Zurich and Brussels. He is doing multidisciplinary artistic practices such as creating music, sounds and generative visuals as well as curating music as DJ Manu de Soleure. To do so, he uses programming languages, turntables, digital and analog synthesizers and many other tools.
Having a polymath approach to things - during professional and academic activities as a physicist, he notably obtained a strong background in acoustics, stochastic processes and teaching.

Sometimes it is neither drizzling nor is it raining. We are rather in something strange in-between. This is pictorially reflected when circular waves of the first few rain drops in the pond are slowly disappearing, while the noise of the rain starts getting stronger and the water surface becomes purely chaotic. The exploration of this sweet spot between an ordered and disordered state isn’t restricted to the pond .
